Our karate program offers Shotokan, one of the most popular traditional Japanese karate styles in Japan and around the world.  Our chief instructor is Sensei Akihiro Omi.  Our Tuesday 8pm class, taught by Sensei Eric DeLaurentis, is free to all members and guests.
CLASS HOURS:

Monday
  • 4-5pm (Kids, age 4 & up)
  • 5-6pm (Youth)
  • 6-7pm (Youth/Adults)
  • 7-8pm (Adults)
  • 8-9pm (Private Lesson by appointment)
Tuesday
  • 4:30-5:30pm (Kids/Youth)
  • 8-9pm (Free class taught by Sensei Eric DeLaurentis)
Wednesday
  • 4-5pm (Kids)
  • 5-6pm (Youth)
  • 6-7pm (Youth/Adults)
  • 7-8pm (Adults)
Friday
  • 4-5pm (Kids)
  • 5-6pm (Youth)
  • 6-7pm (Kids/Youth Advanced)
  • 7-8pm (Adults)
  • 8-9pm (Private Lesson by appointment)
Saturday
  • 9-10am (Adults)
  • 10-11am (Kids/Youth)
Sunday
  • 1-2pm (Kids/Youth)
  • 2-3pm (Adults)  NOTE: No class on belt-test day (usually the last Sunday of month).

  • Judan - Black belt (10th degree)
  • Kyudan - Black belt (9th degree)
  • Hachidan - Black belt (8th degree)
  • Nanadan - Black belt (7th degree)
  • Rokudan - Black belt (6th degree)
